Meet your student at the welcome party/ potluck at Lake San Marcos Pavilion. If you’re hosting female students, please bring a main dish, and if you’re hosting male students, please bring a salad/veggie dish and a dessert.

Mon. 9-12 Classes at CSUSM, afternoon sand sculpture class at the beach. Drop-off & pick up will be at CSUSM (near the flagpole). Drop-off by 8:45am, pick up at 4:00pm.
Tues. 9-12 Class at CSUSM , afternoon campus activities.(1-2:30). Drop-off & pick up will be at CSUSM (near the flagpole). Drop-off by 8:45am, pick up at 2:30pm.
Wed. 8:15 am to 8:30 pm- San Diego Zoo educational tour in the morning; San Diego city tour to include Balboa Park, Sea Port Village, Belmont Park, Horton Plaza and Hotel del Coronado. Drop-off & Pick-up location will be at Plaza Camino Real mall in Carlsbad, corner of El Camino Real & Marron Road.
Thur. 9-12 Class at CSUSM, afternoon campus activities (1 to 3). Drop-off & pick up will be at CSUSM (near the flagpole). Drop-off by 8:45am, pick up at 3:00pm.
Fri. 9-12 Class at CSUSM, 1 to 2:30- certificate ceremony. Drop-off & pick up will be at CSUSM (near the flagpole).
Drop-off by 8:45am, pick up at 2:40pm.
Saturday July 27, morning departure. Each host family will need to drop your own students off at Plaza Camino Real in Carlsbad to say goodbye. Please have luggage packed. Drop-off time 7:45 am.
