7/02- Group arrival @ San Diego airport in the evening. The group should be arriving at the southeast corner of Plaza Camino Real in Carlsbad, directly across the street from MovieMax movie theater, around 9pm. If there is any lost luggage or other problems, then we could be later. In this case, we’ll send a text/call each family to let you know of the updated arrival time. If you want to watch their flight to see if it’s on time, they’ll be flying on Delta #503, from JFK to SAN.
7/03- 8:45am to 9 pm- San Diego sightseeing Drop off and pick up location is at Plaza Camino Real mall parking lot, in Carlsbad, at the corner of El Camino Real & Marron Road, across the street from MovieMax movie theater.
7/10- 8:45am-9pm. Universal Studios. Drop off and pick up location is at Plaza Camino Real mall parking lot, in Carlsbad, at the corner of El Camino Real & Marron Road, across the street from MovieMax movie theater.
7/16- 8:15am-9:30pm. Magic Mountain. Drop off and pick up location is at Plaza Camino Real mall parking lot, in Carlsbad, at the corner of El Camino Real & Marron Road, across the street from MovieMax movie theater.
7/19/13- 7 – 10 pm Early Farewell party (potluck/dance) at the Lake San Marcos Pavilion. Host families are invited to join. This is a pizza potluck, so please bring a pizza, enough to feed your family. Potluck will be from 7-8, dj/dance will be from 8-10pm. If parents want to leave during the dance, they are welcome to. The Pavilion is located at 1105 La Bonita Drive, San Marcos, 92078
7/22- 12:00pm- 4:00pm. Beach day/sand sculpture class for all Spanish students. Hosting teens are invited to join this day! Drop off & pick up at Oceanside Pier.
7/24- 8:15am-8:30pm. Los Angeles sightseeing tour. Drop off and pick up location is at Plaza Camino Real mall parking lot, in Carlsbad, at the corner of El Camino Real & Marron Road, across the street from MovieMax movie theater.
7/28- 7:00pm- Departure San Diego airport. Students must arrive at Plaza Camino Real no later than 7pm to say goodbye.
